If it was possible to leave less than 1 star I would. We ordered our flooring and everything went smoothly having paid through PayPal for payment protection. Our order arrived and several of the boxes on the pallet were totally mashed, I have attached the photos for you to see. I appreciate this can happen so we contacted the supplier and he agreed via email to resend the 4 packs of flooring that were damaged. On the day of the delivery which I stayed off work for the flooring did not arrive. I contacted the supplier and was told the gentleman I was dealing with had to leave without notice, again I appreciate this can happen. We were told the delivery would be arranged in his absence. The delivery arrived the following week and it was short one pack. I contacted them and at this point it was radio silence. We had put off our flooring fitter 3 times due to damaged goods and non delivery. The company refused to come back to me regarding the missing flooring. I went onto their website and saw the flooring was no longer available. I had to source the flooring elsewhere at a greater cost. I contacted PayPal and the flooring company agreed to a full refund if I returned the flooring knowing at this stage that the flooring was already laid. PayPal were good enough to give us a credit for the flooring we did not receive. Please be careful when ordering as if there is a problem you are stuck not knowing whether you have enough to complete your job.......
I used Floors Direct Midlands Ltd to purchase my wood floors . Even with the shipping added in, they were a good cheaper per sq. foot than any local stores around here. Ordering online was relatively easy, and the shipment came about a week and a half later. The boxes were all in good shape, and I was perfectly happy with my order.

Very competitively priced flooring and friendly chap. We've been here on three separate occasions to purchase the livyn luxery vinyl click flooring and now our entire downstairs flooring has been rennovated using this supplier! There is a showroom displaying various types of flooring as well as a pretty good website.
