I recommend MyBody to anyone in my life who is in need of therapy support. I have only ever had positive, helpful experiences with Alex and MyBody. Alex has helped me immensely as a therapist. She is organized, well prepared for each session, gracious, and supportive.

I saw Alexandra a few times trying to get started with treatment for my ED. I was going to let this experience go and not push more for an explanation, until I just saw the other poor review on here that had a very similar negative experience. There were no shows and cancellations on her part a handful of times and regardless of this, when I finally started to feel comfortable and we had made a plan for next steps in my treatment ... she GHOSTED me. A licensed, professional, psychologist, completely ignored and did not get back to one of her patients, that was and still is actively struggling with an ED. I emailed, called, texted, left voicemails and got nothing. No explanation, no excuse, no suggestions for getting help elsewhere if she was not up for it. My regular therapist agrees there is never a circumstance where this is acceptable, let alone moral, for a psychologist to do. This was a YEAR AGO, August 2019. And I am JUST NOW in August 2020 getting notification from my insurance for our few sessions that got us n o w h e r e and now seem like a way she was just trying to take my money!? It seems as though by writing a review the other patient was finally able to get some explanation from Alexandra. As someone struggling with and ED and asking for help, how can a \professional\ psychologist justify this type of behavior.

MyBody is my absolutely first choice for a referral for those who suffer with eating disorders of any kind. The staff are knowledgeable and compassionate, and collaborating with them is a dream.

The clinicians here are thoughtful and caring. The office is lovely and their DBT groups are great!
