This is a good one. Giving a good personable service. Bought two turanza t005 245/45/18 tyres, came with free insurance (which I was gonna buy anyway) tracking took some time but better to take longer and done properly. Will be using this branch again for service. Better than other national branches.

Worst place on earth.... Worst customer service .. Manager is rude . If the manger is rude what does it say about his staff he manages... Only went there cos I had a fleet vehicle and have to take it there ..I would never ever take my car there... I'm so disgusted by the place, I actually walk on the other side of the road..

I visited the Hockley branch today. Adam you're a star! Thank you for changing my two tyres and doing a wheel alignment. Being the only one in today and running the place, whilst providing a good service and being helpful to other customers is a good trait of a fantastic worker/person. Hope you enjoyed the Pepsi.
