We had a great experience! The first time we visited the store Jake was with another customer and took a moment to greet us and let us know he would be with us shortly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable showing us all of ours options. He wrote up an estimate and told me to call or text him with any questions. I did text him a couple days later and he was very responsive. We purchased a floor model and were able to set up a delivery within a week of purchase. On the day of delivery I was greeted by Tyler and Manuel, who were also, great! Very friendly and knowledgeable! We could not have asked for a better and more easy experience! Everyone went out of their way to provide good service and to assist us with our new purchase. I have since texted with Jake while setting up the hot tub for the first time and he always replies within a timely manor.
