Though I didn't purchase my F900XR at BMW Parklane I prefer to use Parklane Motorrad for all of my servicing. This is simply due to the continuous ease and flexibility of dealing with Matt and his team. They have on a number of occasions bent backwards to fit me in when they were really busy and then offered discounted options to help me out during tough covid times. Thanks guys

I have just received my S1000XR TE back from its 6000 mile service. I also had the new diamond coated, no maintenance, chain and sprockets fitted. As usual the level of service and communication offered by Matt Littlewood, Tony Carpenter, Cara Jones and team was as you would expect from a brand such as BMW MOTORRAD. Although there were some slight hiccups with the parts delivery, Matt ensured my bike was delivered back to my home when promised. I took a loan bike for the 2 days. It was a 310GS. A fun little run around that got me to work and back through London without a problem. I highly recommend BMW MOTORRAD service. Professional all the way. Attached are photos of my old and new chain, my bike and the loan bike.
Excellent customer experience with Park Lane. Recently traded in my old bike for a new one. Duncan Bell did a great job in helping with the ordering process as well as happily sharing knowledge and tips to make sure they also enhance the rider's experience after he has left the showroom - fantastic as I've not seen this elsewhere!! I would gladly recommend Park Lane and Duncan to anyone looking for a new bike. Go and see them and you won't be disappointed!
Would AVOID Park Lane if at all possible. Nice showroom, but very dishonest sales staff. Assured me an approved used bike was available for a test-ride, then called on the scheduled day to tell me it had a flat tire, and rescheduled. Finally went three days later, the bike wasn't there because it had been sold a week before. That didn't stop them from trying hard to sell me all manner of other bikes that I had no interest in. They clearly lied about the flat. Dealers in Brighton and Guilford are much more straightforward and honest, and test-rides around there are a lot more fun anyway! Ended up buying from Guilford.
I called ahead to setup review of a 310GS . I was well received and they went an extra mile to bring over the GS version from the shop for me. Extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable. All current models were displayed including a fabulous S1000RR HP4 version. ( No you can't sit on this one) . Nice variety of accessories and clothing too. A visit is recommended
