Really good customer service despite an issue fulfilling my order. Basically an order I placed couldn't be delivered owing to a stock problem. I was informed of this within a hour of placing my order and given the option of a full refund or to wait a week for an update. Just over a week later and it became apparent the German supplier was unable to provide stock for another 6 weeks or so at which point I took the option to cancel the order. Full, informative communication provided to me and the refund back on my card that very day. Faultless service and based on this I'd happily recommend Bodyguard to my colleagues.

Cheap and cheerful, it has very little high end hi viz coats/ jackets but does have plenty of quality builders work wear.
Used there workwear store regularly however on my previous visits they seem to have been lacking sizes on shop floor. I will be going elsewhere as cannot make duplicate trips!!
I would like to give a massive shout out to Chloe in sales. Prior to attending the store she was very helpful over the phone in assisting me. At the store she provided top quality customer service which is something lacking everywhere so very happy with her service. I went in to purchase a softshell jacket with embroidery her attention to detail to second to none as someone with high expectation she realised this and took it upon herself to make sure this was achieved. As there was delays with the designers side she updated me every step of the way as i was informed before it would take upto 2 weeks she managed to get the embroidery done for me in in a matter of 3 days which i can only thank her for. When someone provides genuine exceptional service throughout they deserve recognition. So thank you very much Chloe i'll be sending everyone your way.
