I bought an electric Hotpoint double oven from Bournemouth Appliance Repairs to replace my old one that no longer worked properly. The lady in the office was very polite and helpful, and found me the exact model I was looking for. The engineer came and installed the oven within the same week. I found this company very efficient, local and friendly, would definitely use again. well done!
Got my Bosch washing machine repaired by this company in Christchurch. The engineer was very good and fixed the appliance on the same day. Bosch could not get me a washing machine engineer for a few days so glad we called this local company. Great service thank you.
Charged 120 and didn’t fix my refrigerator. They just Scam for your money. Becareful with this company!!! Don’t risk with this company!!!!. Unprofessional, unskilled and little knowledge, Predicted wrong solution. He said the compressor was broken. So I have no choice and pay the bill. After that, I called other company and they said the compressor is working normally but the fridge has no gas so it took the other company 30minute to fix my fridge and cost 60 less.
False company! This is not Bornemouth oven repairs, but Marchwood Engineering/appliance repairs. You will call them thinking you are dealing with Bournemouth appliance repairs, asked to pay up front and then get a bill from a company called Marchwood! They will take your money and never return a call or answer any emails! Avoid!
