Good service, felt like the team were on top of Covid restrictions - all masked, everything wiped down with wipes before and after. A small error in relaying the wrong report to me leading to panic that I was on the hook for a whole set of brake pads, but resolved.

Extremely poor jaguar garage would not recommend to anyone considering to buy a jaguar. Awful sale service and aftercare service. Recently brought a brand-new jaguar xf which has had technical issues. Car has been in for investigation 3 times and issues have never been sorted. I have had to involve Sir Keith Spieth current CEO of Jaguar to try and fix issues. Trisha Eaton is an awful customer experience manager I would not recommend discussing any issues with her as she does not have a clue what she is doing and cannot deal with any issues concerning customers or car issues. I am sure the garage’s mechanics are not qualified to repair or fix a car as they could not fix the simple issues with the car yet alone the main issues. Please anyone who is reading comments regarding Jaguar Ascot please do not trust the garage and please do not purchase any vehicle from them as they will not help you after the sale of the car. As mentioned, I have a 19-plate jaguar xf which I purchased brand new and the car is riddled with issues. I am sure the garage has had the car longer then I have. I have been told by the manager to remove my post as i have named and shamed to people who are poo and awful at the job. However when you look at other reviews and staff members have been named in a positive light then the review can remain. I will carry on posting about the awful experience and how bad the jaguar centre is
