Bob & Stewart did an absolute brilliant job, very informative about the works being done, cleared up after themselves, cannot fault the works carried out. Extremely prompt an very efficient. With the property having gas for the 1st time and a boiler, they showed us how to use the boiler itself also how to use the timers for the radiators, nothing was too small for these guys when asked something, an absolute asset to the company. Would definitely recommend the guys again.

I got in touch with Basi heating after a previous company tried to charge me a extortionate amount and another company which never turned up. Basi heating has been great. The customer service, surveying, fitting engineers, electricians, all have been professional, prompt and efficient. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to others too. Used this company for a number of years. Always had good service. Our boiler packed in a couple of months ago. Rang basi gas on the Thursday by Monday morning had a new boiler fitted. Very prompt and professional service. Very pleased with our boiler. Can't fault them.
