Thanks to Gram and Irene for making my car repair flawless. I was informed of everything that was going on with my vehicle. I was then better able to make decisions on what I wanted to have done. I went in for a tire repair and was able to get my 100K services completed in a day. Thanks to all that made this possible. I will continue to have all my service needs done at Winegardner.

Eileen was very accommodating with scheduling an appointment and having a rental car available on the day of my appointment. Grant Sullivan called me in advance of starting repair work to tell me what repairs were needed and the cost of each repair. This quality of service is second to none!
All the agents are all so friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. I have been using this service for my 2017 GMC Acadia . Love the personal attention they give!
I spoke with my salesman (Matt) prior to arriving to purchase a specific GMC Sierra 1500 that I found online. Mark assured me that the vehicle was available and scheduled me to meet with him at 12 noon that day. My drive to the dealership was approx. (1) hour. Once I arrived, I notice that the truck was sitting in front of the store, but a gentleman and his wife was putting their belongings inside of the same vehicle that I was purchasing. I asked Matt what happened, and he stated that another sales person showed and sold the vehicle. Note, I didn't receive a call from Matt to inform me that this transpired. Shortly after regrouping, it was apparent that Matt was very inexperienced and displayed no interest in my GMC Sierra 1500 vehicle purchase. When I asked him questions in reference to the vehicle operations, service department, warranties, pricing, etc., he could not provide me with any information. His answers were that he didn't know. This is unexceptable. I finally spoke with Mark (sales manager) to explain my concerns and he immediately changed the energy and my disinterest. He also introduced me to Dave (service manager), who was also very helpful! The two managers were exceptionally helpful! It's pretty unfortunate that great customer service and knowledge of products doesn't exist by sales associates. It appears you must always count on a manager to get the job done! I like that there was no pressure to buy. That Jordan, our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the Sierra 1500 and answered all of our questions. Rick from finance was great in getting our financing together. Everyone worked so well together that things went very smoothly and quickly! We didn't have to be there all day long like at some other dealerships.
