No response to calls. Several issues with their newly implemented system. Online payment system doesn't work since card declined many times despite bank said payment processed and authorised. With such high amount of council tax I except excellent services, but it's not the case here.

Spacious modern building designed with keeping natural lighting in. Houses the library, some community halls, and council offices. This pic is of the Central Hall on Floor 3 where sometimes the Citizenship ceremonies take place
Poor service, building looks nice for no reason but , the service behaviour doesnt live up to the lovely building. I was in dire need for help and they basically told me to jog on.
Recieved a fine today . regarding stopping in a Box Junction on the 31/01/2021,in Neasden Lane, l find this very hard to believe considering that l live in France, and the van is registered over here as well. Dvla were informed in November that the Van had left the UK. ,
Unfortunately there is nothing good I can tell about this council, except of the workers who has nothing to do with how this council is bureaucratic... Residents are paying the highest council tax here, as well as roadtax in the poverty zone!!! So ultimately if you are poor, they will make you poorer! Responding times are appealing also, if you can reach them all! Any council has a better options, higher benefits, but brent!
