Escape Watersports are fantastic. I needed a new paddle, although they have online stock check, I emailed just to be sure to confirm they had the length I wanted, and they responded almost immediately. I ordered and the paddle was here next day, tracked to the door by email updates, and little more than 24 hours after initial contact. Just superb service.

Ordered a paddling jacket from them. It came promptly, but it was too big. So I sent it back and got a refund in a few days. This is not very exciting, but it's how online purchasing should work!
