Very good service from Subway. Covid friendly

East bound truck parking needs to be expanded. Otherwise ok. Plus fix your diesel pumps, no one wants to see broken pumps and diesel all over the ground.

Scarily pleasant. My first journey since March ( thanks COVID19!) and i didnt plan to stop, but young daughter needed to use the facilities! It was like a desert. Only 3 people and cleaners with masks on! It was so quiet and clean, with sanitation stations everywhere, that we grabbed a subway too. I wish these standards could remain. Well done for the hard work keeping people safe.

Blessed are thyne services. When you're desperate for a wee after missinģ the last couple of services, the joy this place brings is nigh on euphoric. This services is the usual offering, it's got a few eateries, a small shop and the ever unpopular game zone but let's be honest most people only use here for a wee break but then we're tempted by the bright signage to start spending.

On this visit we were towing a caravan and followed signage to park. I have mobility problems but am able to walk a few steps. After we parked we followed the path to the building and saw a sign saying 'entrance this way' I was then faced with 2 flights of steps. Looked around for a disabled entrance but there were no other signs. As I needed to use the loo I was left with no option but to go down the steps. The handrails are a health and safety hazard and cannot be relied on to help. On eventually getting down the steps I saw toilet facilities were on that level. If I had been in my wheelchair I don't know what I would have done. Saw that Starbucks was upstairs but noticed a ramp for disabled. It.was only as I entered Starbucks (through the no entry as there was no other option) that I saw a disabled exit to the path outside and this brought me to the path I had used initially. Come on operators get your act together and stop discriminating/ignoring the disabled
