Abacus IQ is an outstanding student accommodation. Being located on London Road, students can walk to the center of Brighton in only a couple of minutes and can easily and rapidly reach bus stops and Brighton train station. The overall structure has a modern and elegant design, making it very aesthetically pleasing to look at and live in. Moreover, Abacus’ common room, furnished with a pool table, a piano, a TV, sofas and study booths, allows students living in IQ to get to know each other and have a space to relax and study with friends. The staff at Abacus Brighton is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They truly are the essence of Abacus IQ Brighton and I encourage anyone interested in living there to stop by reception and have a talk with the lovely ladies and gents wearing Navy Blue polos with the green Abacus logo. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at abacus and recommend IQ to students looking for a student accommodation in Brighton!

I would like to recommend Abacus Accommodation. There are several and positive features to reckon about this accommodation. First of all, I can sense cosy and calm peace whenever I take a rest in here my room. I like the kitchen in my room as well. The facilities are convenient, such as decent laundrettes and community areas. Moreover I am fond of all the genuinely kind staff here. If there are certain stuff to have maintenance, they would be repaired as soon as possible due to the conscientious artisans. The managers are warm-hearted such that they always endeavour to catch up what needs the residents have. In conclusion, Abacus Accommodation is predominantly good. Like I have already extended the tenancy period few weeks ago, many people would agree with how nice this place is to live in.

Abacus House is an amazing place to live as a student. The environment is amazing and the accommodation is in the perfect location with stores within a minutes walk. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and are always happy to help with anything that you need. I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone.

Great location, so close to city centre and train station. Lovely, cosy room with everything you need. Best of all are the staff. Super helpful and friendly all the time! :)

Highly recommend Abacus House to anyone considering it. I have to say that the customer service advisor helped me a lot, who is named Anna. She is really patient, friendly and helpful. I am an international student and not living in the UK when I booking my room in Abacus House, and I got so many problems to ask by email. Anna gives me a lot of help and answers my questions patiently. Although I don't live there yet, I'm sure I'll have a good time after I check in.
