Simples as Bike Hut themselves put it - horrendous customer service and downright rude. They advertise items and once you have paid for them they get in touch to say they are no longer available yet you then notice they are selling the same item on ebay!! Well \Simples..this was automatically relisted by eBay\ - but we ordered parts from your own so-called website NOT ebay in the first place? AVOID at all costs
