I used Nigel from Easton Bevins to assist with plans for a rear extension following a recommendation from a friend. He was very helpfully advising on the need to contact Wessex Water re: drains before submitting a planning application. There was good communication via email and telephone to discuss ideas, with Nigel advising of the pros and cons of said ideas. This was really helpful in allowing me to make informed decisions about the plans. No hidden charges and invoices exactly as per the quote. The quote is also helpful in identifying other costs that you need to pay direct to other bodies. Overall a very smooth process resulting in full approval of our plans. The detail on the plans is impressive and our builder will have no issue following them to the letter. I would highly recommend Nigel for his professionalism and mindfulness of timescales.

DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY Took money without providing services. The company I worked for procured this company to carry out a service and make a report for our company we paid just over 500 for this service. Upon the survey taken place they then went on to say we had to pay further. This was not made aware before we hired them. When querying the payment they refused to get back to us and would not take any calls. 5 MONTHS later we receive a court letter saying we never paid for services. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY

Nigel delivered a detailed quote for the proposed design work and once agreed, we were impressed with the drawings produced and easy communication with him. He facilitated the planning application, as well as giving advice on links with Wessex Water and recommending a structural engineer. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services - in fact we already have on a few occasions!
