If you want a 5* service in Bristol servicing Pool tables then World Snooker Services is your company to approach! Not only is the customer service on point (Thank you Fiona), the team that is sent out is knowledgable, attentive and careful to the requirements you request. We had an issue with the tightness of the new cloth placed on the pool table, and this isn't us mentioning this as a complaint, as WSS communicated with position to make the situation right. They came out to correct the table, and realised they couldn't correct the mistakes made and replaced the cloth without question. As a company or an individual that plays pool recreationally ill fully recommend World Snooker Services to anyone in the near future. 5* Service

Served by the boy behind the counter on two occasions. Both dreadful customer service. Offers absolutely no advice or guidance. Questioned why I would want to replace a factory tip on a cue I purchased on my first visit, tip then breaks first use. Second visit I'm greeted by the exact same service. No help in finding a replacement cue and given the same unwilling service by the same employee. Will not be returning unless I face same quality issues with their product.
