My wife took our Shogun for an MOT/service/fault recall. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They really do provide a first class service every time we visit and nothing is too much trouble. First class .. Over the years I have purchased many cars from numerous dealerships, all with a varying degree of satisfaction / aggravation / general stress. I can honestly say dealing with Fields, and in particular Mark was an absolute pleasure If only all car salesmen could take the same trouble to be so engaging and on par with the customer. Excellent experience from Mark and the team at Fields. Nothing was too much trouble, the whole experience was very hassle free. I was given all of the options and information I needed to make the right decisions about my new vehicle. I chose an L200 which I am extremely happy with. Mark talked me through all of the gadgets on the vehicle when I collected it. A very professional and competent company to deal with. Have already recommended to friends.
We have been looking for some 3 months for a suitable towing vehicle diesel 4x4 that’s not over priced, last week we had a Vehicle come to our attention at Our local Fields Mitsubishi Dealer, we went last week and the friendly Steve showed us the Outlander which ticked all our boxes. Low mileage Great condition and will do the job we need it to do. Steve made arrangements for the dealership to fit a tow bar with a 13 pin wired electrics and we arranged for an exchange date. We now have the Outlander and can’t wait to go off exploring. We found the the whole experience great Thank You Fields Of Bromsgrove.
