Easy to find on Snow Road. The Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The buses and drivers are very friendly and prompt when you enter the parking lot. The parking lot is covered, protecting your vehicle from weather.

Was very easy, just check in, park, wait for shuttle ( it was very quick), the return shuttle was on time and also quick. The staff was nice and helpful. Got a triple A discount. It was very nice and affordable.
It was pretty painless to use this and your car is actually under roof. A bonus during the winter! The shuttle came right away as soon as we got out of our car. I knew I would lose the ticket so I took a picture of it and 10 days later I just looked on my phone and told the driver what aisle and what parking space our car was in. I would recommend.
We always park at Fast Park CLE. Reasonable price for covered parking. Shuttle to the Airport. Never have to wait for a shuttle.
The staff are always friendly and helpful! The shuttles are clean and well lit. I never have to wait very long. Checking out is efficient.
