Stop your research - this is where you should be buying your dry ice. I am so grateful for the expertise that the team here brings! I am a small business owner and I have been trying different approaches to shipping my product. When I explained my needs to one of the owners, not only did he help give me suggestions (and the final one not even involving dry ice!), but he helped me better understand the science of shipping frozen goods and how to get the best packaging. It felt more like a business consultation rather than just checking out dry ice offerings -- and I am so grateful for his time and expertise. Customer service like this is so hard to come by these days. It felt like a family friend giving me advice. I will recommend this spot to everyone and get all of my future dry ice here.
Very Not reliably supplier! Over the phone said have the dry ice in stock, 3 minutes after we stop by, told was sold out a day ago!
Both product and service are really good. It sometimes can get really tough to get dry ice in the quantity you want, but these guys do a really good job in customizing the order. Prices are more than reasonable and delivery is always on time. Would definitely recommend using their services.
