These guys rock! I live in downtown Atlanta and my motorcycles and Marta are my only means of transportation. When I lost my only key to my Triumph, I was worried I'd have to pay through the roof for a new copy, as I didn't have the key code either. I spoke over the phone with Stokes at Hourglass and found that they have a service to get your key code from Triumph based on your VIN number and will then cut a pair of replacement keys, all for way under my expected costs. Awesome! When the keys were ready to be picked up, I realized just how far Hourglass was from me and that riding my backup bike to pick up the keys was out of the question. I called up Hourglass and they said they could mail me the keys if I paid shipping. When the keys hadn't arrived a couple weeks later I got worried. Came to find out that my apartment number was missed on the letterhead and the package was returned to sender. Hourglass was really great about this and reshipped it in no time. Had a bit of a chip on my shoulder in regards to Dealers after some awful problems with the BMW dealer in Greenville, SC. Stopped in here on several occasions, most recently to purchase a battery...very pleased, great shop and very helpful...sales folks are very knowledgeable about the bikes and open and honest about all promotions. Absolutely a no pressure attitude and great place to visit. Got my battery and several days later my new Triumph to add to the stable... Highly recommended....Thanks to Corey for your patience and knowledge of the Triumph brand... Update.. Went in on a rainy Saturday.. Just to say hi..and snoop around, they sold me a Thruxton R.... good folks over here.
The level of service and integrity at Hourglass Cycles is unparalleled! Kyle went beyond what any dealer has ever done for me on a new bike purchase to make sure that I was happy and that I got a great deal. I’m a very needy buyer when it comes to new vehicle purchases and I ask too many questions and I call frequently to get updates. Kyle and the rest of his staff always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and with a smile. I never felt pressured to buy anything at Hourglass and the team wanted to make sure that I got the bike that I wanted and when they didn’t have it, he moved mountains to get me one from another dealer here within a week! Hourglass also took my bike on consignment. I was surprised with how quickly the bike sold as I had tried to sell it privately without much success. They also did it for a very fair price considering the amount of work that is involved in selling a used bike online. If you’ve ever tried to sell anything online you know what I’m talking about. The service department, ran by Charles, is also fantastic. The amount of knowledge that those guys have together is incredible. Adding again that these guys always answer all of my questions so I could get a better understanding with the services being performed. I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else to have it serviced. Additionally the parts department always takes my calls and is extremely helpful with my million questions.

My son advised me that I had to have Amanda McKee fit me for a helmet. Amanda taught me a great deal about helmets and proper fitting. Wow... She takes her job seriously! In the end, Amanda educated me, then sized the helmet best suited for me. The color I wanted was not in stock. Amanda ordered the helmet, replaced the necessary pads, and shipped it to me in Texas. The fit is perfect. In short, if you are in the market for a helmet, you need to go see Amanda. Thank you very much Amanda!"
I've been to Hour Glass several times for service, most recently for an electrical problem that was difficult to diagnose. At first they though the problem was the display panel. When the panel arrived it turned out the problem was not in the panel. The did right by me by refunding the cost of the panel and letting me know the issue was elsewhere. I would 100% bring my bike back to Hour Glass for service and buy there when it's time to upgrade the BMW . When you find a good and honest shop you have to support them.
I have been an Hourglass customer since they opened. I have been in multiple times for parts and service and have had a very positive experience every time. I get the same level of courtesy and helpful advice for big ticket items as well as items only costing a few dollars. They seem to be focused on meeting the need in a fair and economical way rather than upselling to the more expensive option. When I have ordered items, they do a good job of predicting when it will come in and the email notice they send me is very helpful. The Hourglass team is really focused on meeting the customer's needs!
Great service done in a very reasonable amount of time. They have professional staff that worked with me to get everything done that I needed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their motorcycle, and they will have my business.
We got great customer service from the whole team. There was no high pressure sales and they were very happy to answer all of our questions. Never felt rushed or that i was inconveniencing them. awesome environment . The most knowledgeable team I've come a crossed yet. Highly recommend !
