2020 Michael was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, polite, friendly. Up front regarding the procedure of what was involved. Discussed the what issues he found after initial assessment. Up front regarding costs. Made contact the day before he was due to visit to suggest and offer a time he could arrive. Answered questions, didn't ignore you. Also got the impression he was genuinely happy to discuss the topic. It wasn't too much trouble for you to contact him. (my work hours meant contact was outside office hours)

Michael is a professional, punctual, knowledgeable down to earth guy who I am so glad I contacted for some advice over the phone to begin with and he then came the very next day to take a look. Always responds to his phone, if he's running late for any reason he keeps you well informed ahead of time and always turns up. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and he would be my go to again guy for any issues in the future. Great guy, great prices, knows his stuff.

I met Michael a couple of years ago and instantly warmed to him so when the guy that I had previously used retired I gave Michael a call. He arrived exactly when he said he would and destroyed the very large wasps nest. He promised that the single treatment would work but he guarantees that if he does have to come back it will be f.o.c unlike many companies. I have used Michael twice more and have recommended him to friends & neighbours who have all been over the moon with his service. Top man who provides a great cost effective service. I would recommend him every time.
