From initial inquiry to passing my BE nothing was too much trouble for Rachael and Martin. My course was booked around my work commitments and the test was all well planned. Martin was a great instructor that taught me the basics of towing and helped identify and most importantly unpicked 18 years of bad driving habits. Martins calming nature helped steady my nerves. making me test ready within 3 days.. I would whole heartly recommend Ford and Williams to anyone who needs a quality company that puts your mind at easy without charging an over inflated courses fee like some of the other local firms I looked at then look no further...... Martin, the instructor and owner, is really what makes this company great. In the background you've got Rachel organising things. Martin teaches you at your pace and explains things in an easy to understand way. I felt relaxed and enjoyed my time learning with Martin. On top of that it was the best price by a long way in the North West. Thanks. The only HGV instructor I would recommend to my friends and family. My brother passed with Martin and had an equal experience
Passed my BE today with Martin as my instructor. His experience and knowledge of teaching was unbelievable. Made the whole process from lessons to the test so easy and calming for me as I was a bags of nerves. Even all the booking process and selecting dates was accomadating to my needs. Can't recommend this company enough. Nothing they could do to help me was too much for them.
