Ordered an item when they said 8 in stock. 4 days later said they had none. But instead of refunding they marked as dispatched anyway. Took a week to get Amazon to force them and they didn't even have a clue they were selling add on warranties with their products. Awful business to deal with. Now claiming they refunded straight away, they didn't, that amazon removed a review, they didn't, that they took advert down straight away, they didn't and still 'selling' an out of stock 10 days later. Liars through and through. You got a bad review because you deserved a bad review. Had you given immediate refund without me getting Amazon to force you a week later you might not have got the bad review. Jokers . . .

Ordered a bottle of botanicare hydroguard which is supposed to come date stamped. The date had been wiped off. I phoned to enquire and was told some of their bottles had stamps and some didn't. When I mentioned I'd like to return my bottle for one with a date stamp magically they don't have any in stock.

Poor customer service. Bought an item through Amazon & it arrived completely smashed up. Seller now expects me to take time out of work to send a smashed item back. I am also expected to pay return postage & packaging for the smashed 20kg item.
