It is not reliably clean. It is subject to vandalism. The lock on the door is missing. It is serviced daily though. Opening times better in summer than winter.

Stinky place,found needles on the floor and had blood on the wall.Council guy that I spoke too,said that it's quite often like that.If you have kids,always go in with them just to check.
