(Being personal and noticing customer service centered things is a must in any business thanks Amy) The babysitting option is something unheard of. I love this gym! It is a good price, has every thing I need and is kept very clean. The owner is very accessible and easy to work with. This is more than a gym you can tan, get a good massage for a good price and they offer classed that you can attend as long as you have a membership!! If you are sick of the guys at your gym hogging the machines and the lack of privacy look in to this gym!!
The atmosphere is great, there's always someone at the front desk who can help if you need it, they've got a sauna, people who will babysit your kids while you work out, nice equipment, they offer tanning as well as massage services, and multiple classes you can take. Overall a well rounded gym w/ much to offer
Great Shapes is the best gym for an ladies to workout at! The trainers are amazing and the staff keeps things nice and clean. They have many different classes to choose from. Plus on a side note they offer tanning and massages. It's a great place to get healthy and just for us girls!

Class instructors are rude, little to no space - cramped classes, one tiny workout area, front desk staff laughs at you when you have issues, no refund policy, worst gym I have ever signed up for. Will not be returning.
