Customer care and service here are a joke. If you see an item reduced, then you have to go to that product's service desk (paint, for example) and wait there for someone to deign to turn up and scan the item to give you a ticket to be able to go to the checkout and queue there to get the reduction. None of this is explained, however. You need to know in advance, and the customer service desk may take 5 minutes to acknowledge you, but then the staff member will go off and do something else before eventually coming back to serve you.
