I was in the clinic today and I got in touch with Bristol clinic manager (Leyn) that’s her name,,she was really rood and mean to me... i payed 2000 for my treatment and after you pay they will tell you to go to hell!!!! I will never have any treatment with them again and I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY BODY.... don’t waist your money and time on them.... the Leser Machine is Broker for 2 months now and they refuse to give me my money back I really regret that I chose theme
Since the beginning, I have had no issues with the staff in Cardiff or Bristol locations. After meeting my suergon he gave me more information than I thought I could have! He understood exactly what I wanted and he even told me what he would do to improve it that I hadn't even thought about! After booking my surgery date, I had an endless amount of support from HMG. Any questions I had I would have had answered. Once the day came I was unbelievably nervous, but the service I had in the hospital was amazing, I cannot praise the staff enough for everything they did, they were always there and made me feel the most comfortable that I could be! Mr Allwn made me feel at ease before surgery going over again what he would like to achieve in surgery. Now I'm nearly one week after having my cast off and I'm loving it already (even though its still very swollen!) Will be having another appointment with the nurse that I cannot fault. She made me feel so relaxed after having a little breakdown as I was very emotional! She understood completely and made me feel at ease and more exited than scared! The best skills of a nurse I have ever encountered! Cannot fault any of the staff I'm looking forward to my next appointment so have things cleaned up! Loving my new nose and want to thank HMG my surgeon and all the staff that made this change my life. Cannot fault the service at all.
