Went in because I lost my glasses, needed a new pair. From putting me on a list if someone cancelled, to calling all my phone numbers to make sure they reached me, his staff was friendly and helpful. Got in a week earlier than my original appointment...staff was so helpful one of them showed me where the restroom was (not hard to find but she was being helpful) and another got me 2 bottles of water when I asked if they had a water dispenser. That was just the beginning. Turns out, I needed more than just replacement glasses. I'd had a recent injury that affected my vision and I needed extra time, and manual testing rather than machine. Dr Bloch spent a lot of time, and then because he had people waiting, brought them in while I picked out my frames, and then finished my exam afterward so his other patients didn't have to wait so long. Finally got my prescription right...Dr Bloch and his team were excellent, friendly, and I'd recommend to anyone. Going to a chain would probably not have caught the problem I was having with my vision..it was a neuro issue, an eye issue. Thanks Dr Bloch and Chelsea, Jan, & Crystal

I'm relatively new to the area and don't have an established optometrist. I was having severe eye pain and initially went to an urgent care clinic where they did essentially nothing. Upon awakening the next morning, my condition had gotten worse. I began searching for doctors in my area and was so thankful to find Dr. Bloch. He found metal shavings in my eye and was able to get them out and get me back on the road to recovery within an hour. The entire staff was very friendly, they helped with insurance claim and the experience was 100% pain-free! I found my new optometrist.
