Thank you for existing ️ I am forever grateful for fate bringing me to Carmarthen! This year I began to be aware of “voting” with money. In the town I previously lived, I struggled to find “low waste” shops, so I had to buy products from the main retailers( all wrapped in plastic, most fruits and vegetables with no taste etc.). I love all the nutritious food you are bringing in the shop for us . Especially the products from Swn-y-coed and Ceredigion! Thank you from every happyhealthy cell in my body. See you soon

The best vegan food in Carmarthen! Visited today, myself and my partner had the sweet potato and pineapple curry which was amazing! All food is fresh and that is hard to come by in Carmarthen. Service was very friendly. The shop has an amazing selection of vegan products amongst others! Definitely worth the visit

Not sure whether it's been taken over by new owners but the old, friendly and pleasantly quirky Aardvark seems to have gone and with it the vegetarian /vegan outlook. Couple that with a less than inspiring cafe serving very basic fare to uninspired standards (think railway waiting room fare) and you get the picture Shame, it used to be great
