DO NOT GET THIS INTERNET!!!!!! They have slow speeds constant outages, and terrible customer service! I’m done with this company. They should not be allowed to even provide Internet. My phones hotspot is 10x faster then the speeds they advertise. Half the time I do not get the speeds I pay for and when I call they have terrible customer service! I do not recommend this company to anyone. Even if your desperate for internet find someone else this company deserves to shut down and never be allowed to sell any kind of services again!

It's impossible to justify the price. I pay way to much for way to little. Our price is outrageous for the speed we receive. CGI takes advantage of location and gouges customers, I'm not unhappy that their the only one, I'm unhappy they just don't give a good price to performance ratio. The only way I see getting decent internet at this point is if another ISP runs a line out here. I would try to make a case for their customer service, but reading some of other reviews where they quote conversations with customers is utterly disturbing, I understand they are defensive but still... I've gathered enough evidence after being a customer here for a long time, to advise you to search else where. This is not the answer to your internet needs. I feel cheated. We pay for the Gold membership, and after multiple tests at different times of day, we receive less than 3 MB down. We have top of the line routers, yet the problem persists. At one point our antenna was readjusted and this helped slightly. You get the gist. I would have left higher marks if there was a reason to.

Geez I don't understand the horrible comments?! I live in a rural area and if I have a issue they address it immediately... also I've had personal issues and thought I had made a payment.....21 days delinquent and they did not shut my service off- all I can say is thank you Janet and I will continue to refer everyone!
