I had the best customer service representative!!! I forgot her name and asked to speak to her manager to compliment her but he was busy. This lady who helped me had one of the best personalities ever!!! PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB THAT YOU DO!!!!

the lady who works in the finger printing department was more than helpful. She was kind and explained and helped us know what we needed to do in order to get the best and appropriate service we needed for our adoption. Excellent service and very thankful.

Omg she yelled at me. Yes It was about 445 I went to get a duplicate EBT card. The lady proceeded to yell at me how she didn't get paid over time. Look, I'm already embarrassed at the fact I'm on food stamps . Guess what, I work too. I absolutely love what I do but yet its not enough to support me and my 4 kids. I'm sorry but I didn't come in yelling at you. I spent the ride home damn near in tears like what is this world really coming to. Karma!

The woman I just spoke to on the phone was incredibly mean and rude and made me cry!!!! I never had issues with you guys till the last year and now you all are just horribly mean!!!!!!! NOT OK!!!!!!!!

This place is a disgrace... What my family and I are going through with CPS is a nightmare to say the least. When you have an at risk teenager and you try to get help/resources through this department I would encourage you strongly NOT TOO! I deeply regret it. Initially, They act like they want to help. however, that’s far from the truth. You would be better off setting up therapy services etc. independently. They are extremely judgmental towards the parent(s) and will make your life a living HELL. Especially if you’re a single Mother. They ruined my life! All the spotlight they shine on the parent(s) should also be on troubled youth. They are unorganized and incompetent. I wish we resided in a different county because this would not be the case elsewhere.
