Went to Flixbus in Catania to purchase two round-trip tickets to the north of Italy, asked the staff to hold on while, I converse to my wife, then just a minute later we decided to purchase them ( which were a price of 260 euro) the clerk refused to sell them to us as we walked off on her,then she said they were closed, but they were not closed at all,so in the end were sent away without tickets. Worst place I have ever been too in Catania... For customer service....

sono sull'autobus per Torino...sul servizio nn ho nulla da dire, eccellente guida , personale gentile, tranne le ondate di bagno sporco che arrivano ogni tanto... unica nota negativissima, e per questo do solo una stella, è l'aria condizionata costantemente sulla testa...più passeggieri educatamente, abbiamo chiesto di abbassarla se non addirittura di toglierla...la risposta dei signori autisti è stata che l'avrebbero fatto...cosi nn è stato...e questo non ne capisco il motivo...non capisco perché pur avendo pagato un biglietto debba subire questa tortura..a me piace l'aria condizionata ma nn sulla testa...e tutto questo lo ritengo ingiusto!
