The Sliding Door Company helped me design a beautiful closure solution for an unusual opening in my house. Eric and his team guided me through every step of the process, from taking precise measurements, to installation, to resolving unexpected complications. The customer service was excellent, and readily available to answer all my questions. The door itself is fantastic quality, rolls smoothly and quietly, and preserves the open feel of the room while providing privacy. I am very happy with the entire experience :)

We purchased Sliding Glass doors from this company back in 2006. We love them and they look great in our home. I had a couple of cracked wheels that made sliding noisy and difficult. I chatted with a customer service person on their website and he requested I send pictures and my contact information. Soon after they received my email, Eric Redman called me to let me know they were sending me replacement wheels, and at NO CHARGE. Eric also sent me the complete replacement instructions by email. Wow, 14 years later and they still are providing me with great service. We will surely use them if we need sliding doors in the future.
