I called this office and left messages 6 times with no return phone call. All that I needed to know was when we were due for our yearly follow up. Finally received apt after pediatrician called them. Now they are back to not returning calls again and the office manager isn't calling back either.

My 11week old was wheezing in his chest & very congested and it was after hours so went here & all they did was listened to his chest & say there was some crackling in his chest & swabbed him for rsv, which came back negative. Said was just a virus & would run its course. Next morning he was worse, went to pediatrician, ordered chest x-ray, like the hospital should have done & he has bronchial pneumonia!!! That hospital is a joke!!!! They never offered to do chest x-rays or give breathing treatments just to see if would help!!! Now he may end up in hospital because they didnt do their job & treat him properly while he was already there.
