After spending the past few months deliberating over whether to purchase an electric car, I finally took the plunge, and am very glad I visited VW in Cheltenham. The staff were helpful, polite and very patient with my long list of questions. Barney was particularly knowledgeable on the electric options, and guided me towards the ID3. The car is superb, the information on charging I received will put me in good stead for the first few months of getting to grips with my new vehicle. I must also thank Lee for his words of wisdom a year ago when he first mentioned the prospect of me driving an electric car. Thank you so much to all the staff, a top quality dealership.
