Sadly, the receptionist I spoke to at A&E was one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to, speaking to me with a very patronising tone and utter contempt. Luckily my experience with the doctors there have been amazing.

I went to this hospital and the people stopped in this hospital can be nasty to you. The staff and doctors work very hard. The Birmingham hospital said I don't have epileptic fits. I had 7 fit in November and the coventry hospital saw me having them sos

I arrived at Chertsey A&E at 0800 in the morning, I was quickly seen at sent to SAU(surgical assessment Unit. I waited in this department for a Ct Scan for 9 hours and 10 minutes. My Scan took place, as I had been in the SAU for ten hours I was given a choice to wait for my result which is taking up to three hours or go home and they would call me, I decided to go home I do not think anybody should wait 13 hours for a Ct Scan and result in any circumstance (no phone call ever came, are you surprised me not so much. The following day I phones SAU at 900, I was told a doctor would phone me back shortly, I phoned again 11.30 am a doctor would phone me back shortly. Now 1500 the same day I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this hospitals behaviour. Hey it’s only an Emergency scan for Cancer. I would not trust this hospital with my Life. The staffs were polite and friendly but far from competent.

Horrible experience, you can die in waiting area and no one care about it, dirt is absolutely everywhere, toilets are just disqusting... \doctors\ without basic knowledge all what they know comes from google... Yes I'm not joking photo as a proof! My pregnant wife came to Emergency after she slept on the footpath and she hit the ground smashing her face. Broken nose, swollen and bruised face with serious scrapes and tumors. when she began to loose consciousness next to registration desk no one did nothing, lady behind the desk jusk ask someone to bring chair and that's all, she said we have to finish registration process... after an hour of waiting she was seen by nurse and got pain killers and nurse said we have to wait fo Xray to check my wife nose. after 4hours of waiting she was checked by doctor, if we can even said that... He only check her reaction for light and... That's it... No xray no any other health checks. when we wanted him to check her nose he left and didn't come back. another Doctor came after half an hour he did exactly the same thing as the firs one, when we asked him to check her nose, he said he have to make some consultation with someone else, we had to go back to waiting area for another half an hour. After that time we came back, then I realized with who he consulted with... Wikipedia is the source of Doctors knowledge this days... Anyway, he did nothing what he read about and we had to go home with nothing done. No one even decontaminated and wounded my wife's face. Is the public Healt care is on the same level at in third world countries this days??? This is my first experience with NHS I will never make that mistake again.

Nurses and midwifes are very nice and helpful I cannot fault them at all , unfortunately the doctors and consultants don’t seem to know their arse from their elbows, there is no communication between staff in particular the consultants . My wife and new born son have now been in the maternity ward for 8 days , 6 of these days we have been waiting on blood test results which we were told would be back within a few hours ?I am Seriously so frustrated with how incompetent the so called experts are here there’s no common sense. I hate to be very negative about the NHS but unfortunately it’s a few individuals that are putting the service down and it seems to be those individuals are the ones on the big money .
