While the waitstaff was wonderful, the food was just average. Ate in the sushi area, not at a table. Ordered the filet hibachi dinner, medium. Roughly half the steak was over cooked(well done), and the shrimp was pretty rubbery. Interesting mix of veggies, pretty heavy on mushrooms and onions, along with a whole pile of cabbage. Overall, not bad, but for a not worth going out of your way for either.

The hostess/manger is very unprofessional I have never ever seen and have been treated so poorly at any restaurant in my life. The best thing for this restaurant is for the her to quit. The food could be better but the chefs usually are decent but the same act over and over again.

We went on a Friday evening around 6 p.m. They will not seat you until everyone in your party is there. There's also a sushi menu you have to request. This was my first time coming back during the pandemic. All of the staff appeared to be wearing their masks appropriately, space was left in between different parties. Clear soup with mushrooms, green onions and crispy fried onion pieces. The soup was good and hot. The iceberg lettuce salad with ginger dressing was tasty. The chef was okay, lacked energy and could use a little more enthusiasm. The vegetables and rice were good. My chicken and shrimp were seasoned well also. ** I think it would be a great idea if the restaurant offered Cauliflower Rice as an alternative.

Great quality sushi and sushi chefs. I usually get octopus sashimi and a roll or two. Good hibachi and cute entertainment during the hibachi meal. Covid distancing and mask upon entrance is mandatory. The staff is masked as well. High volume of people during the weekend, you will be waiting; contact via cell to seat your party. Eating here at an earlier time would be best on the weekends or "if you can", make a TO GO ORDER for pick up.

First time eating dinner here. Very nice and friendly waitress and our 24 hr cook was superb. Will definitely be there again.

The best place to start for this review is from the very beginning. I called 24 hours prior to make a reservation, to which I was informed they do not accept reservations. However, I was reassured that the time I was coming in was a very slow time and I’d have no problem getting seated. I’m sure one can predict the outcome- my party of 3 walked in to be directed back outside to our vehicles where we waited for 35 minutes. Had the rest of the evening gone as planned I would not be writing this review. Two out of the 3 people in the party ordered drinks from the menu that stated there would be a souvenir mug included with the purchase of the drink to take home. We specifically mentioned this when ordering and what we received were two drinks in their standard glassware for 2 more than a nearly identical drink on the rest of their cocktail menu that came in standard glassware. When we brought this to the server and managers attention, they unapologetically stated that they were out of the mugs and would not deduct 2 from the price of the drink. Finally, the restaurant had one brand new server waiting on nearly half of the packed restaurant of customers. Our entire hibachi table sat with empty glasses for well over 15 minutes. The manager was loud, rude, unaccommodating and the entire operation was just chaotic and unorganized. Not to mention the evening ended with an elderly staff member passing out and hitting his head in the back of house from exhaustion, to which 911 had to be called in the middle of dinner service. I give a 2-star rating because the gentleman who prepared our dinner was wonderful and the food was fantastic. However, we cannot possibly return to dine here for dinner after rude, unjust and chaotic service and atmosphere. Perhaps lunchtime would be better.

The food very delicious, the attention at first was uns patient as we were not familiar with the menú. They should be more patient with new customers, otherwise all very well the delicious food

I must say the food was delicious. Maybe it was the fact that we were sitting there after waiting outside in the cold for 30 minutes 4 a table just to be ignored and watch a waitress approach a table that was set down 10 minutes after us. She immediately smiled and greeted them, they received drinks napkins etc. We didn't receive anything until I went up and spoke to the hostess 15 minutes later. It didn't help that the other table were Caucasian and we are African American. When we finally did receive a waitress her excuse was the hostess did not tell her we were sitting there. The first waitress was Oriental and our waitress was Caucasian. When I asked her whose table it was she first explained to me they rotate tables. Then she followed up stating no one told her I was sitting there. I have a video of the experience. Just trying to decide how I want to handle it.
