Thank you so much for my gender scan yesterday. The service was professional but friendly and it was great for my husband to join me unlike appointments with the nhs at the moment due to covid. Hoping to come back when baby is bigger. Thank you x

Good experience from the Sonographer, however we had to wait an hour due to IT problems with transferring the scans onto the USB. We received a disc last week which is supposed to be the DVD, however this is on a CD-R and it's blank. Also been waiting nearly two weeks without any keyrings. That's another phonecall I'm going to have to make for their incompetence. This has been a pretty rubbish experience and not worth the money we have paid!!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience. The location is welcoming and peaceful (they also do massages and the like on site) and we didn't have to wait long for our appointment. There is a large TV screen on the wall in the scan room so everyone with you has a clear view. Our little girl was hiding behind her hand to start with but they were able to get her to move a little so we got some great shots and video to share with the family. Would definitely recommend.

We had a 4D scan recently in Chester, brilliant service by the receptionist and the sonographer! Thank you for looking after us.. Even when baby was being mischievous you let us go and come back until we got pictures.. :-)
