Visited today having booked my Mot slot via their website. Was greeted with a very warm welcome by the gentleman on reception who talked me through the process. I received a phonecall an hr later to inform me of a couple of things that needed going to pass and they were done there and then. Great service, friendly and warm staff. Can't recommend enough. Thank you!

Very friendly and personal service, were able to fit me in at last minute for an MOT on my Range Rover Sport which has only been into main dealers previously. There was a wheel nut missing which was an MOT fail, and the guys at Crane Bank went out of their way to go to the main dealer and collect a replacement so that it could be retested and passed within a couple of hours, instead of leaving me with the issue to resolve. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a smaller business on a much more personal level than when I've previously dealt with main dealers and felt just like a source of cash! Booked in to have a full service next week at less than half the cost of the main dealer, and having spoken to John I actually feel like the service and attention to detail here will be far greater than the big boys, really impressed.
