Simply commenting on the online experience. Their phone number is o longer listed\. I have emailed the location twice, have not received a response. I receive the automatically generated text messages, and respond to them, but receive no response. Would love to take a class since my building offers a promotional discount, but their customer service is nonexistent.

Previously I was a huge cycle bar fan. I also understand that COV ID has changed things so I understand that my refund due to me for charging me a membership when the studio was closed might be delayed. However it’s been 3 months, and not only have I not received a refund, but I am now receiving calls that I am past due on my membership. How can I be charged for a membership to a gym that has literally been closed since March?! No one responds to emails, and the phone has been disconnected.
My membership was paused until September due to COVID. September came and the studio is still closed but I'm getting emails that I have past due charges. How can they charge me for a studio that's not open? Their number is disconnected and no one is responding to emails. So now I have to resort to reviews and I guess other people are experiencing the same problem. Cyclebar, please fix this!
I have emailed 7 times in the last 6 weeks about a refund. Nobody is getting back to me. Lack of responsiveness and professionalism.
I have been going to this studio on/off for the last 1.5 years...Instructors come and go but overall, I greatly enjoy my workout here- I feel challenged. I have tried several studios around the city and find myself always coming back to this one when I want/need a good sweat. Went back tonight after not going for a few months and greatly enjoyed my workout with Jessica A. Fun atmosphere and great location to hit up a bar/dinner spot afterwards with friends.
