I joined around 6 months ago, and I've met some great new people! I've also gotten the chance to do things I would never do on my own. I've always been an adventurous person who's willing to do things I find fun by myself and I still do, but E&A has allowed me to do some new things that I wouldn't have even begun to know how to set up by myself. I've only had one event that wasn't worth it, but I've been able to sign up for lots of virtual event and meet people across the country as well as right here in Chicago. I think this club was the right decision for me, but I can see that it wouldn't be for everyone!

Such a great membership! I love what E&A offers and the people I have met through the club. There are such a variety of events and what is offered that gets me out of my house and trying new things. While not all events are free, members get a discount when possible but really just get singles out and meeting new people! I gave it a chance and love it.

So far this club has been a huge disappointment. There are nowhere near enough events. The events are very, very small and fill up quickly. Very few events in the suburbs. The club cost is exorbitant and the majority of events cost even more money. You will see the same few people. They need more events with bigger groups. They make you pay for an entire year because they know if you did a monthly membership you would drop it in a month. Want my money back and would tell everyone to skip this club. Update: And they don't respond or care if you aren't happy with them, apparently! No response from anyone. Update: Finally got an answer from someone. And they have refused to refund any portion of my funds. Yes, I signed the contract but given these difficult times, I was hoping they would show some integrity or some kind of empathy and offer me even a partial refund. But nothing. Just \Sorry you are unhappy. We're keeping your money anyway.\ I tell everyone I talk to this group is a sham.

Great way to meet people! Whether you're looking to date or just make new friends, Events and Adventures provides a common ground from all over Chicago/Chicagoland to meet and mingle. Your experience is only limited by the events you're willing to go to, which are wide ranging from adventurous excursions such as traveling to Thailand or Morocco and skydiving to casual board game nights and pick-up games of beach volleyball. There is turly a little of something for everyone!
