We had our wedding reception on the Odyssey Chicago River and they completed exceeded my expectations. The service, food, décor set up, ambiance, and overall execution of our plan was absolutely perfect. We couldn't have asked for a more unique and fun venue that our guests will never forget.

Spent months detailing and planning the perfect night for my girlfriend’s dinner cruise and birthday celebration. Only to receive a text message a week before that the cruise had been cancelled! They offered to reschedule another night, but we took off work for the dates we selected. If I wanted to go on another night I would have booked it for another night. Now I have to scramble together new dinner plans at the last minute and hope that I can salvage what would have been a nice birthday. And on top of that I’m out 500 dollars and the lady in charge of the refund said she couldn’t give me an exact date as to when those funds would be returned. I paid on an exact date, therefore, my money should be returned to me on an exact date. Then she told me that they are refunding so many people that sometimes not everyone receives one so if you don’t receive your 500 dollar refund in a couple of weeks to call back. What a joke. I am extremely disappointed with this company and now I am scrambling to find another dinner cruise for the same night and time. My girlfriend was so excited that we would be going on a dinner cruise for her birthday. Now I have to tell her that we will not be going. She works a lot and I was able to convince her to finally take a day off. Now that will all be for nothing. If you cannot provide the service that people are paying for, then don’t sell it.

What a wonderful experience! The breeze off the water made it a perfect night to enjoy a August Summer on the Chicago River! Every moment on the boat was great. The customer service of the staff was exceptional. The food was amazing and the view was phenomenal. Definitely something I enjoyed during my trip to Chicago.

This was super fun! My boyfriend and I took this cruise to celebrate our 9 year anniversary. It was super special and memorable. From the fireworks to the champagne and roses. They went above and beyond to make it a nice and unforgettable time. The whole staff from the DJ to the captain and crew were friendly and welcoming. We had a chance to go on the deck and have nice views of all of Chicago's views and architecture. Loved!

My husband and I did this Sunday brunch architectural cruise. This was for our anniversary. It is more than we usually spend for our anniversary but it was probably the best thing we’ve done.
