My husband and I are expecting our first baby in February and were trying to figure out the best way to build a home office in our lower level to make room for a nursery. We stumbled upon The Sliding Door Company's website in our search and it immediately felt like the best option for us. Our Sales Rep, Andrea Brannan, was incredibly easy to work with and made the process a breeze! She was also just fun to work with in general! The doors come with a very detailed installation manual that we were able to follow while installing the doors on our own. I'd highly recommend this company and their products. We'll definitely be using them again in the future.

I first came across an ad for this company a few years ago and stored it away for an upcoming project. This spring we moved forward with the project but the pandemic prevented us from traveling to Chicago to the nearest showroom to see materials in person. With use of the website and the helpful support of the Chicago sales crew, we were guided through the process. The doors came shipped in a crate structure that was as secure as could be imaged. Our crew was able to install the doors without complication. The doors look and operate beautifully. As a distant customer, we are highly pleased.

Anyone considering replacing sliding doors should absolutely work with the Sliding Door Company. The product is amazing and very high quality! Everyone I have worked with is very professional and helpful. My local representative, Seth Whitlock put me in touch with Eric Redman in Customer Service to schedule an adjustment for doors I had installed in my bedroom a couple of years ago. Both of the gentlemen were outstanding to work with!

I needed service on a swing door and Eric Redman, a customer care representative with the company, got it all set up for me very quickly. Manny came out a couple of days later and fixed the problem.
