Excellent service throughout by Richard and the team. For the valuation Richard arrived on time and well prepared. He had a good knowledge of the area. He took an unrushed strategic approach to the sale. Rather than \doing a Scottie\ (aiming high, being happy with what you get), there was a very clear step by step process, considering the whole chain validity to the benefit of all. Great customer service was on hand throughout. Yes, it was more expensive than other quotes, but for selling a property I'd much rather pay more and have some of the stress taken away than go for the cheapest and have a poor service and more stress. Thank you.

The experience of selling a home is undoubtedly stressful. Prompt response to initial query. Punctual visit to review the house and set an asking price that was a realistic starting figure. Very detailed and professional photography and preparation of sale brochure. Excellent 3D video tour. Contact with viewing agents was first class, feedback provided quickly by phone call and on the personalised section of the website. There was always someone to discuss developments with and specific members of the team to deal with any developments. Throughout the process we felt that Cubitt & West were ready to assist, which they did promptly and efficiently. Five stars without hesitation.
Very high praise indeed for this professional team led by Richard Coyle. I was compelled to sell my widowed mother's house under Power of Attorney terms after she moved into a care home. The workload on me appeared rather daunting at first but Richard talked us through the entire process which was fully joined up, with allied conveyancing solicitors and marketing. Viewings were well handled and we were kept fully informed throughout the process. The property was quickly sold for the asking price. We could not have been more pleased with the service and advice we received, all the more so in spite of the covid pandemic.
