Highly recommend for online orders. We purchased lucky bamboos as wedding favors. All the guests seem to love them, and we had saved a few for ourselves around the house/at our work desks. All of the plants seem to be doing well, none have died or have any issues.

Terrible customer service. I received a Large Rock Juniper as a gift. What arrived was very unstable: the root ball was exposed and the base was very narrow (inverse taper - a difficult to correct defect). In addition, the bonsai was poorly managed: large branches folder over on each other and poorly executed cuts. When I explained the issue, they said the tree was healthy and undamaged and that I would have to pay for return shipping. The tree is of very pretty poor quality for 129. It has the overall appearance of something that was thrown together (cut, folded and potted) at the last second by someone that has no idea what they're doing. Not what anyone would expect in a bonsai. It is pretty clear that they don't really care about quality, aren't properly trained and don't care about their customers. This is a bonsai sweatshop at best. DO NOT BUY from them.

I ordered online. My husband loves bonsai trees, but we have not had great success with starting from seeds. I received my order quickly - within 3 days! And, not only was it packaged perfectly, it is a very healthy plant!! I will definitely order again!

I had a great experience ordering from this company. This was a gift for my father who used to raise several varieties of bonsai trees earlier in life. He turns 74 this month and was thrilled to recieve this tree. I did ship cross county drom California to Oklahoma, without any kinks. Tree arrived in great condition and very well packaged. This was my first purchase but I will be ordering again. Thank you for helping me make his day.

Bought a Chinese Elm in the middle of winter for my girlfriends Christmas gift and it came well packed and most importantly alive. Which was great because it traveled across the USA to get here to PA from CA .
