Moving during a pandemic was never going to be easy. However without the professionalism of Amy and Vicky at Heritage, I am not sure that we would have had a successful transaction. The actual selling of our house was the easy bit as the first to view, bought, however the tenacity of Amy chasing the chain via solicitors and estate agents and keeping everyone informed made sure the transaction concluded satisfactorily. At the time it was very stressful, but looking back, it was a good move. Heritage were recommended to us by a number of Coggeshall residents and it is clear that Heritage are the first choice for moving home locally. Thank you!
