Fantastic produce, all displayed beautifully with care. Great value, minimal packaging and excellent customer service under covid conditions. The whitest cleanest cauliflowers even bought. Love this old fashioned grocers bring it on!!! Keep it in the community.

Colne Heating

Great variety of fresh fruit & veg. Local eggs, honey amongst others. A vast difference from the tasteless fodder at the supermarkets.

This is one of the best greengrocers ever! Excellent selection of fruit and veg, super friendly and helpful service. A couple of years ago we moved to Colchester, found Burgess and rediscovered how vegetables, fruit, eggs and apple juice should taste. 3 Cheers for the Burgess family!
