Flawless! Very courteous and helpful workers. Easy as 123. PNF is clean and spacious from the parking lot to the shuttle bus. The driver was friendly, courteous and also prompt, we was at the airport before I knew it. Honestly I got there early preparing for any delays not the case at all, now I'm really early but better early than missing your flight.

I dropped my car off at the covered valet service. When I returned 4 days later, the valet could not open my car. The remote would not work. After multiple attempts I was able to open the car. There were brown drip stains on the hood of the car, (they smelled like soda), there were hundreds of ants in the car I I have never eaten in my new Tesla model X with with leather and upholstery), and the passenger seat had the red stain in the picture. These things were all noticed on the way home from park N fly Plus. I have called many times, I left 6 messages on the managers voicemail AND 7 messages with the PNF plus operator for the manager to contact me about my issues, over 7 days time. No manager called returned my calls. Apparently about 45 cars were vandalized the day before my pickup. Park N Fly plus has made no effort to contact me or respond to my claims. I do not know how they responded to the other 45 car owners. I will never use this company again. Very poor way to handle adversity. My lawyer may have better luck with your manager.

I hadn’t flown in about 15 yrs and was nervous to fly. Every employee I came into contact with were so kind and helpful and had such a great attitude. It really helped put me at ease. I caught a shuttle within seconds of parking, and the gentleman was so nice and helpful. He asked if I was a new customer, and explained to me what to do upon returning. When I walked out of the airport upon return, there was actually shuttle waiting. That gentleman was so upbeat and positive. I had a great experience with Park N’ Fly.

Always a friendly, quick, helpful staff. I usually do valet parking and there’s always someone there to greet me when I drop off my car. The shuttles to and from the airport are very quick. I never worry that I’m going to miss my flight. When I return, my car is pulled up and ready to go. I never park anywhere else!
