I contacted Franklin art glass on a custom order. My husband and I were building some doors and I wanted a specific type of glass for the windows. I spoke with Michael he said they would be able to accommodate my request and to email the orders department my specific requirements. I did, it took a lot longer than I would have expected, but as it turns out I chose a glass that was buried in their warehouse. After calling for status they got it done quickly and shipped out. It was packed so securely, the glass didn't shift at all. All six pieces were cut perfectly! The price was the best I could find even with the increased shipping costs! Thank you!

I ordered a 62 full sheet of Limited Edition “Southwest Reaction” SYS96 Fuser’s Reserve which was cut into 2 pieces measuring 12x24 for shipping. I was charged a 26 boxing fee. When received both pieces were broken into several pieces, some very small. I let them know and provided pictures. Absolutely no response!! I expected my 111.53 order to arrive safely.
